Carefully selected and well schooled horses and ponies are provided for the lessons.
We offer a warm welcome, in lessons that are graded into ability for enjoyment and progression. We offer training for the novice to the more advanced rider, giving the opportunity for building confidence and furthering your experience to being able to go on to compete or join our Horse Scheme if you so wish, along side your regular training.
The lessons run throughout both Saturday and Sunday.
We offer our group training sessions to competent riders over both Saturday and Sunday.
We do not offer beginner, lead rein, or complete novice lessons.
If you are new to our Riding Stable and would like to ride with us, please email with your Riding ability and hopefully we will be able to help.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY
We can only accept bookings from experienced riders, who are able to ride without assistance, are capable of mounting, dismounting unaided, can safely adjust their own stirrups and girth and are competent in the canter.
All bookings in advance by email.
Please complete and email over the New Rider Registration Form before your first lesson. Please ensure you update us of any changes to your personal details.
We do try and ride in most weathers, but if the weather conditions look uncertain please contact us before setting off to check we are going ahead.
Payment - Please have correct money in a sealed envelope with your name, date , time of lesson and amount on it.
Please pay before your lesson commences.

Riding boots, gloves, schooling whip, 100 and 120 cm is acceptable, plus a shorter jumping type of whip.
We have a maximum weight limit of 13st, 82kg.
Please arrive 10/15 mins before your lesson is due to start, so you can meet your horse and be mounted up ready for when your lesson begins.
Lessons will be held in the outdoor arena.
If you have or are showing signs of Covid please do not attend for your lesson.

RETURN to RIDING or HAVE A GO for the more MATURE RIDER.
We have a lovely group of more mature riders who are very much enjoying having fun with our super horses.
The connection that can be achieved with a horse is wonderful and all of our experienced horses have great characters, choosing a favourite will be difficult !!.
We have pupils from 10 to 72 years who are successful competing on our school horses, so this is truly a sport for all ages.
Come and give it a try on one of our selection of horses.
Riding is a great sport to participate in. You can have a lot of fun, enjoy being in the fresh air, learn a new skill, gain confidence and keep fit.
Come along and see our lessons, please just give us a call so we know to expect you. You will need to book in advance if you would like a lesson.
If you are interested in starting we suggest you initially book one lesson as a taster and then a block booking can be made. Payment is due on the day of your lesson. 48 hours notice is required for all cancellations otherwise the full charge will be made.
